Q: Are you a factory or a trading company?
A: We are a factory manufacturing packaging machines and we provide perfect OEM and after-sale service.

Q:What are your main products?
A:Our main products include various packaging automation machines, such as case erectors, case sealers,apacking production lines and palletizers. All of them can be customized according to your requirements.

Q: Do you provide custom machines?
A:Most of our machines are customized. Our goal is to efficiently solve customers' problems and quickly and accurately design machines that meet their needs.

Q: Can you send me the video to show how the machine works?
A: Certainly,  If we have video of the machine ,we can send to you by Email or other way you want.

Q: When your company was founded?
A: We have been specializing in the field of packaging equipment for over twenty years.    In 2024, our company received foreign investment and officially became a foreign - invested enterprise.

Q: How about your warranty?
A: Our warranty is 12 months. Normally, the general after-sale service include technical support and the paid spares parts .



Q: Can we visit your factory?
A: Sure. We are located in Hangzhou, China. For overseas customers, you can fly to Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport. We can pick you up at the airport.

Q: How can we get the exact price of the machine?
A: Please contact us and inform us of your specific requirements, such as the size and quantity of the machines, the types of products to be packaged, etc. Then we will provide you with a quotation for the machines.

Q: What is the lead time?
For customized machine, it takes about 60 days after deposit. For stock machine, fast shipment.  ( The actual production cycle will vary depending on the degree of customization..)

Q: How can we install the machine when it arrives?
We can dispatch experienced technicians to the customer's country to guide the installation and debugging of the machines, and provide technical training for the customer's employees.
